Quotes and order confirmation

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
With the customer’s written consent to HH LUX, a binding agreement is entered into.

Terms of payment
HH LUX reserves the right to demand advance payment, partial payment or bank guarantee as security for payment, unless otherwise agreed.
The customer must pay an invoice for products based on the invoice terms, unless the parties have agreed otherwise in writing.

Right of withdrawal
All products are manufactured according to the customer’s specifications. As a consequence of this, there is no right of withdrawal unless HH LUX does not live up to the written agreement/order.
In the event of cancellation of an order of more than 5 products, 20% of the total order will be invoiced.

 

Products and spare parts
Products and spare parts that HH LUX sells and delivers to the customer are new and comply with Danish legislation upon delivery.

 

Delivery
Delivery is agreed between the partners and takes place within the agreed delivery term.
However, HH LUX expresses reservations on delays due to defects or damage to production equipment, labor disputes of any kind, as well as delays during the shipping process.

 

 

 

Shipping, errors and defects
The customer must inspect all products immediately after delivery and no later than after 2 working days.
If the customer discovers an error or defect that the customer wishes to claim, it must be notified immediately in writing to HH LUX by email kontakt@hhlux.dk. If an error or defect that the customer discovers or should have discovered is not immediately notified to HH LUX in writing, it cannot be claimed.
Photo documentation of damages and all packaging must be stored for inspection.

Responsibility
In case of delay and in case of defects in the delivered products, the supplier is not held responsible if the delay or defect is due to any circumstances of which the supplier is not in control, such as fire, water damage, natural disasters, war, mobilization or unforeseen military calls of similar magnitude, requisition, seizure, riots, unrest, currency restrictions, lack of means of transport, general shortage of goods, restrictions on power, export and import bans.
In case of delay or in case of defects upon delivery, HH LUX is not liable for the customer’s operating loss.

Personal data
Personal date is stored and archived for invoicing.
If there has been no invoicing activity, all personal data is deleted after 5 years.
